This picture taken May 25th 2007. I didn't start working out until June 2nd of this year. Skinny yet tons of body fat. Got tested this week and I was over 25%. YIKES!!!! I'm a fat person living in a skinny body. Time to make a drastic change. Eating clean, working out 6 days a week and paying attention to what really goes into my diet and nutrition.

My arms measured in at 15" tonight. Started last summer with 13 1/2". Now I want to push to get another 1/2" for summer. Must Curl Heavy Weight.

March Madness is my version of kicking my ass extra hard this month including an extra hardcore month of bulking up. Need to add some real mass to this skinny body come summertime. I'll start my cutting phase come late May.

Bodyfat dropping way down. Tested this week and came in at 6.5%. WOOHOO!!! Since August 08, my waist has gone from 35" down to 31". Nothing better than being lean. I love how it makes me look and feel.

Starting this year, I am working out my right side one additional time per week to give it the size, symmetry and strength of my left side. I am looking to get as even as possible so more unilateral training is in order as well as bringing up both forearms this year.

Photo taken 01-31-09. Ended my cutting cycle today. Got down to 5% bodyfat. Now it's time to start packing on some lean muscle. Looking to put on 15lbs of lean quality muscle come December.

191 lbs at 10%. Year end goal is 200 lbs at 8%. Muscular and Shredded is my goal when I turn 50 in December.
