Staying ripped and shredded while slowly putting on 15lbs of lean muscle by December 2009
Turning 50 December 2009 and am finally at a point in my life where I was fed up with how I looked, felt and saw my life going nowhere. I was a fat person living in a skinny person's body. I thought I was healthy but I was extremely underweight and it was all bodyfat. There was no lean muscle anywhere. Just because you are thin doesn't mean you are healthy.
Why I Love It:
How it makes me look and feel.
A feeling of "I can do anything"
Sculpting my body for the way I want to really look and translating the lifestyle and discipline into every other area of my life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Staying focused on my short and long term bodybuilding goals and constantly pushing myself. Knowing that I strive to be fit in all areas of my life; physically, mentally, emotionally and most important Spiritually.
BB Accomplishments:
Being a slave to the gym and a bodybuilding diet.

This picture taken May 25th 2007. I didn't start working out until June 2nd of this year. Skinny yet tons of body fat. Got tested this week and I was over 25%. YIKES!!!! Goal (Long):
To maintain a sixpack year round with a bodyfat level averaging 6% - 7% and pack on 10 pounds of solid rock hard muscle. I am not looking to get freaky big, just hard, chisled and ripped and be able to maintain that look year round. I can hardly wait for next summer.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
6%
