so i just saw you bench the 500 lbs. you call it the "ol power". im 23 and the most ive ever bench was 345. i started training about 2 1/2 years ago. how long did it take you to get to 500bench?

singing is cool. booty clap'n is cool. one-arm one-leg push ups are sexier than both and the hand stand push ups blow me away. that is amazing young lady. seriosly. keep up the good work

well its a little more than i usually carry. i would like to be a more ripped 225. Bigger guns would be nice also.

It has actually slowed down alot form work. I know i have get rid of some of this extra weight to take the strain off me knees when i run

it works pretty good. i tried deca stack before and its good also if you can get it down. no-explode works really well for me afteer about 40 mins.
