When is your show? Mine is 8-16-08. I am now one week out. Check out my before and after pictures. The picutures were after I had all my meals. I will dry out more. Good luck at your show. Nice article in Ironman. Loved it.

Sorry it has been so long. I have been training pretty hard. I am going to compete in August. I am excited to step on stage again. When are you competing? It looks like your a putting on some serious mass.

When is your next show? I am competing in a NGA pro-qualifier in Detroit, MI. The show is 8-16-08. I can't wait to step on stage again. How is your knee doing?

My knee is a lot better now. I did all the PT on it myself. I am training on it 100 percent. I have been fighting for 5 months or so and I have not had any problems. The main thing to rehab a knee is ride the Bike. Ride slow. Tell your buddy good luck and take it easy.

Hey Martin,
Nothing much going on here. I am going to Latvia on Tuesday. My sister in Law is getting married. She is having her wedding reception on the Baltic Sea. I can't wait. I have been dieting for 4 weeks to get in beach shape. Just joking. I am keeping the diet pretty clean. Good luck to you.

Thanks for the check up. WOW looking good. I am just about on target. I am happy with my results so far. I have not had any problems with my knee. My "good" knee has been really sore lately. I did not let that hold me back. I just keep truckin'. Take care.

When is your next show? I just looked at the pictures of the Keystone Classic (IFBB). Man that was a great show. I thought Silvio Samuel should have been behind Darrem Charles. Check out the pictures at flex online.

Hey did you see the pictures of the Keystone classic? It looked like a good show. The only gripe I have is that Darrem Charles did not get any love. I think he should have been top five he looked really sharp. Silvio Samuel seems to be getting all the luck now. Check the pictures out on flex online.
