I tore my left pecn 2 months ago. The tear is not very visible. I will try to push on without the surgery. My doctor believes that the tear will not ruin my symetry. God I hope she is right. The tear was so bad that I could not even do a push up. That is humbling. I am taking...
Thanks! Well, I am getting ready for surgery tomorrow morning. I've torn my OTHER ACL...2 years later. Setback, but I'll get thru this one too. *smile*

You had expressed some interest in competing in the "NPC Heartland Natural Classic" next spring... I just wanted you to know that we have been forced to move the date of the show from April 12, 2008 to April 5, 2008. For more information about the show check out our website at www.npchnc.com or send me an email at info@npchnc.com so I can send you posters if none are currently posted in the gym you train at!
Thanks Lawrence. I just had to "push the envelope"...on stage 5 wks earlier than 'scheduled'. Now it's time to really press hard - with no further injuries (knock...knock on wood). Take Care & Lift Safely. *smile*
Word up Bro! Latvia?! That's on point! Been to a dozen countries so far but never the Baltic area...the clean diet is a neverending battle tho' - 1 cheat turns into 2,or 3, but I always stop at 3 ... really ...
You're quite Welcome. Funny u mentioned the problems with ur "good knee". Same here at times...seems like the repaired one is BETTER than new. *smile* Take Care!
