Pec ReHab

My pec seems to be healed up.  I will not have surgery.  I have done all my own PT on it. My doctor said I would not ever be able to lift heavy again.  I remember when doing the bar hurt.  I am not doing 275 for 5 reps.  The pec gets tired before the other one does but it is healed.  I wear a bench shirt to protect it, that seems to work.  I also do unilateral training on the pec.  I do one arm cable fly and one arm incline DB presses.  It really works.

Another Set back!!!

I tore my left pecn 2 months ago.  The tear is not very visible.  I will try to push on without the surgery.  My doctor believes that the tear will not ruin my symetry.  God I hope she is right.  The tear was so bad that I could not even do a push up.  That is humbling.  I am taking it slow.  I want to compete again, but I must take it slow.

bigdreible hey hows it going my lifting partner that just joined my gym is recovering from the same thing right now. He picked up some chick last winter while ice skating and his knee poped out the side of his leg. He had to have metal rods put in. He is trying to recover for some compotition in may I think.
