Goal (Long):
I want to get my weight down to the 210-220 range with a significant change in my overall body composition. I feel that my self-confidence would be greatly improved and I will be willing to do things like go to the beach and walk around with no shirt on. I would like to bench press at least my body weight (my upper body has always been weaker than my lower body). I really want to be able to keep up with my kids and set a good example for them.
His transformation is incredible! Just check out his progress pics and try not to be amazed. Losing over 100 pounds is something that I find incredibly inspiring, since I could use the same level of transformation for my overall health and well-being.
Yes! I felt like garbage this morning (stress) and I didn't even want to go to the gym; but I did and I set two new bests...way to go me...blah, blah, blah.
I don't come to this site much...thought I'd leave you a note. How's the training coming?
I finished my 1st round of P90X (starting round 2 today) I can not say enough good things about this program. It is the best thing I have ever done. My MA skills are so much better.....stronger, higher jumps, endurance and unmatched flexibility....I have lost a ton of bodyfat too!
Hope you are doing well!
Hey! I didn't even realize I had a bodyspace...LOL. Not much new here, eating clean and sticking to the P90X. Did you get a chance to research it? I've been bringing some of the "moves" to the class I teach.
Take care!
