With tryin stuff on my new exercise ball (which is awesone), etc. I kind of got off track with lookin more into carb cycling...Oops!
Thx for asking man...this'll help me get back to it. Seems like my BF% is down more, but I need to check. Do you think calipers are the best way?
I'll let you know about the carb cycling soon.

HA! I liked your statement about going so long you might lose your mind before summer. I think a lot of us identify with that!

I need to eat eggs. That's something I haven't picked up on yet (kind of like, duh Scott). I do tuna & chicken, a lot of veggies and fruit, so I think I'm doin like close to what you suggested....love tomatoes. I guess like the the actual carb cycling is what I need to try out. I'll be checking out what doesn't have carbs (which I haven't really paid attention to as much as I have to fat content). This'll be interesting.

Thanks back! I was a skinny guy too, believe it or not, all through my teens…the most I weighed was like 102 (then I went overweight. lol). Looking at your before and after pics you’ve come a long way. Looks like you've put on a lot of solid muscle. PROPS again man! Doin awesome and totally a great example!

Doin Great Man! I like what you said... "A fantastic body isn't something you can just go out and buy, or get overnight. You have to work for it day after day, year after year. It's a never ending process, but WHAT A RIDE!"

…So, I know a lot about fruit and veggies, but when you say u had a diet high in protein, do you mean protein drinks? Or did you eat high protein stuff that had no carbs? (…not sure what that would be).

Thanks again. That sounds a lot like the way I lost 30 pounds initially. I mostly ate a lot of dehydrated fruit, veggies, most dinners were (and are) soup with more veggies added to make them more filling…and of course drank a lot of protein to make up for any lack of it in my diet. I know the feeling of almost no energy at times. I mostly did things that were low to 0 fat. I’ve never really “cycled carbs” tho….

Thanks! Id like to know more about it. Definitely want to get BF in the single digits. Was 14% a cpl months ago. I thnk a little less now. Ive done pretty well so far, but cycling carbs sounded interesting. Do you have any kind of list of things that are carb free? I can check labels though, Just wondering. Any advice on this would be appreciated.
