EnShape777 HI protein Food! I dont like taking a lot of sups like protein shakes. Id take a whey after i workout and a casein shake b4 i went to bed. but id just eat like eggs in the morning with fruit , then like tuna, steak, chicken, throughout the day with like brocolli, carrots, salads, tomatoes, your gonna lose some muscle mass in the process but the more protein you take in the less you'll lose.
