I owe my addiction to training to one of my Soldiers, CPL Diaz. While deployed I asked if he could help me out with getting back into shape and he was all for it. When I achieve my goal a big part of it will because of his offer to help.
Why I Love It:
I find the gym is the one place I can let out my stress and frustrations.

Main Goal:
Gain Muscle
Goal (Overall):
1. Weigh 195 pounds lean. 2. Bench 275 by July. 3. Squat 285 by July. 4. Waist size 34 by July.
Goal (Long):
By myself I can bench 225 and squat 250. Not sure what I can do with a partner. Waiting on DIAZ!! LOL. I have switched my routine by doing barbell exercises for two weeks, dumbbell for a week and machine for the last. I will post my notes at the end of the cycle. I hope to reach my goals by July I can't seem to loose the unwanted fat around the midsection. It fluctuates each week when I take measurements. I am eating clean, but I did cut down on my cardio. I have a lot of things on my mind, also. I will make my goal by July.

Was hoping to get some advice on which stack program from BSN to choose.  I have been on a workout program for 7 months.  My weight is 190 and, if i did it correct,  i am at 24 percent body fat.  Any suggestions?
