I have been physically active all my life. My BFF introduced me to lifting about 10 yrs ago and I have had a gym membership ever since.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good. I love the energy of the gym, the people and the sounds. I love the gravity of the weights and the high of those high points. It's also a good feeling when my favorite jeans fit perfect!
How I Stay Motivated:
I go onto various web sites. I have a subscription to Oxygen Mag. I read, educate and dream. My personal trainer is the best. I download good music to listen to. I also talk with positive and encouraging people with the same drive.
BB Accomplishments:
I haven't had any as of yet! I am goal setting now.

I am hoping to change my lifestyle to a more fit and healthy one. I would like to develop fitness habits that will serve me well through out the rest of this journey. I would like to meet and surround myself with like minded people who will educate and inspire me. I want to be the best I can be and set the bar higher for myself
hope your getting some more of that energy you've been asking for. especially since the sun is finally appearing! I really haven't been on here as much as I was but I try to keep checking up every once and a while. Still lifting regularly and all. How is your training going?
so tonight was a good work out night trained hard and felt good about it its so hard when im at work not to snack on little things they have in the office like cookies and treats ha ha but oh well trying to have the body i want one day hope your day was well and you trianed hard
You kept your body up by living the fitness lifestyle that is your bodybuilding accomplishment. You are lovely I can only hope you are as lovely on the inside!
And yes, I have met some really cool people on here. I've met a few that have given me some great advice and motivation and I think its gone the other way as well. There have also been those people that I'm a little weary of. They have wrote a lot of comments on my photos and its kinda weird. but for the most part, I've found it to be a pretty cool community. More than anything though, I like having a place to organize all of my stats. Kinda neat that it plots graphs for you.
A triathlon will definitely give you a lot to train for. That should be fun. I would like to do one someday. I ran a marathon a few years ago, and even though I didn't do as well as I had hoped, it was still fun to be apart of. And speaking of the Emerald cup, I actually didn't even know about it until just a few months ago. I've never really given thoughts about competing, I just really do it for myself. IT would be fun to go see what its all about though. Do you have any idea when it is?
