Barbell curls, Preacher curls, Alt bumbell curls and concentration curls. I usually chose 2-3 exercises for 2-4 sets 6-15 reps

Lying tricep extensions, bench dips, overhead extensions, close grip bench press. I usually chose 2-3 exercises for 2-4 sets 6-15 reps
