Dream, it was all a dream. I always dreamed about looking a certain way, it was about time my body started catching up. He-Man was one of my youngest influences.

Because at the end of the day there's no place i'd rather be than there lifting that raw hard cold iorn.

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
Barbell curls, Preacher curls, Alt bumbell curls and concentration curls. I usually chose 2-3 exercises for 2-4 sets 6-15 reps
What tricep workout has worked best for you?
Lying tricep extensions, bench dips, overhead extensions, close grip bench press. I usually chose 2-3 exercises for 2-4 sets 6-15 reps
