My Workout Program
I try to mix it up my carido. One day I will hit the treadmill then the next hit the bike for 30 to 45min each day. I think I could lift more weight if I had a partner but being deployed on a ship makes it hard to find someone on your same schedule. I think I have come a lone way though. I got my workout plan from this site and reading magazines. I switch it up a little sometimes.
