Also with the lifting i was in 5times a day lifting heavy at 6-8reps and doing as much negative lifts as I could(going slow on way down with more weight than i could normally do and have spotter do halfish the work on the way up)...this is what worked for me...i was playing bout an hour or two of bball a day too...good luck let me know how it goes and feel free to ask me anymore Q's

I'll let you in on how i put on 15lbs in one month...Nitrotech b4 and after i lifted...5-6 eggs in the morning...tunatunatunatuna...a nd chicken breast...eating every hour or two...make sure you get 1.5-2times your body weights in protein(225-300g)..by the end of the month i didn't want to eat anymore and i love food.

hey Derrick, lookin at ur progress pics u def have a nice frame to build on. any advice I would give is to make sure u have ur diet perfected before anything else. Complex carbs, proteins, fats, etc. get those down and u'll def hit that Feb. goal!!! keep in touch, J
