OMG - 205 POUNDS! Front Flexed - Kinda
This was taken about one month after I had my second child. Yuck, anyone? I didn't even realize I could get so big and look so awful. I hated myself and knew I had to make big changes.
Here is today. The scale isn't budging, but I am starting to feel more muscular.

You really can't see the 10 pounds lost because I was still soooo big.

I think this is when I started to notice a difference. I stayed around 185 pounds far too long. Darn Christmas Holidays!

I had started lifting again and been attending a spinning class at my gym...that I became totally addicted to. I was feeling a lot better about myself, but not about the number on the scale. I stayed at this weight far too long as well.

I was being pretty consistent with my training, but not so much with my food intake. I was lifting 5 days/week, spinning 3-4 days/week, doing elliptical for 2 days/week and a boot camp class 2 days/week. I had surgery 2 months after this picture to remove an ovary that had "mal-functioned", and I think it was a bit easier to take off weight after that. Darn hormones!

Current - 150 pounds

This is where I am now. I've come pretty far in two years, but I know I still have a long way to go. That is why I'm here. I want to look as great as some of the people on this site. Thirty more pounds of pure fat to lose and 2-3 pounds of lean muscle mass to gain. I'm on my way!
