Scivation Vol. 4 Game Over Diet

Meal 1
6 egg whites
1 full egg
1 cup spinach
3 oz avocado
1/3  cup blueberries


Meal 2
6 oz Steak
2 cups broccoli
18 almonds


Meal 3
6 oz chicken
1.5 cup broccoli
4 oz avocado


Meal 4
6 oz ground turkey
2 cups broccoli
24 almonds


Meal 5
6 oz Tilapia
2 cup broccoli
18 almonds


Meal 6
2 scoops protein
1.5 cup broccoli
1/3 cup blue berries
2 tbsp peanut butter

Every 18th meal (3 days).. I do a Carb up meal of:
2 cups green beans
3/4 cup oatmeal
1/3 cup blue berries
18 almonds
3/4 tbsp honey
7oz sweet potatoes
2 tbsp peanut butter
