My Workout Program
Right now I'm focusing my training around the philosophy of taekwondo: self control, respect, hard work and dedication. My training sessions now include more body weight exercises using free weights and stretching to help improve for taekwondo. You get out what you put in; by eating clean and training hard I hope to improve my functional strength and endurance while at the same time melt away the excess body fat. Commitment and focus are what is needed to achieving any goal you set.

I have been introduced to the paleo diet ie. lean meat, fish, vegetables (non starchy), fruits, nuts & seeds for health reasons.

It's hard at times to stay motivated particularly when my workout psrtner doesn't want to do anything and is being completely negative.
Seeing progress pictures of other members as well as photos of athletes I admire really inspires me to get the body I have always wanted.
I usually blast some heavy metal and rock tunes on my iPod during my solitary workouts. This really helps me zone out and focus on what I'm doing and not on others around me.
