here mate i did what you said 8 to 6 reps and fu.k me i so sore did 320lb for 6reps lol tell me one thing if u dont mind do u do the same for your shoulders 6 to 8 reps?? all the best mate

dont really know at the moment man trying to cut down so im going for reps butmy best bench press is 380lb and them dunbells in the incline are 132lb each but thats doesn t mean nothing! all the best dude.
