Haha glad to hear bro! For shoulders I train pretty much the same way except I will start off with military presses and usually do about 6 sets at 16/14/12/10/8/6 reps. Then I will usually go on to do my side laterals, front dumbbell raises, and reverse flyes for the back delts. For those exercises I will do 3 sets each doing 12/10/8 reps. Will probably change that soon because my shoulders are one of the parts I want to improve on next. So I'll let u know if I update that.
Those are actually the 4 exercises I use 90% of the time! I will rarely change it up and throw in some weighted dips but those 4 exercises are perfect. I would strongly recommend dropping down to 6-10 reps though with heavier weight for optimal size.
