spffirefighter hey bud. heres the program im starting next week. http://www.mensfitness.com/training/build-muscle/bench-big-in-6-weeks my goal with this program may be out there a little, but by the end id like to be able to get 1 rep maxes of 275 on bench and 325 squat. i post all of my workouts in the tracker so feel free to check up on me, haha Dec 26, 2012 7:36am

spffirefighter thats awesome man. on monday i did 4 sets @ 225, got 5,5,4,5 reps. my last 1 rep max was 245. pretty sure i can get more now. ill be doing more dumbell work with this next program i start next week. Dec 26, 2012 6:26am
