How I Started:
Decided i wanted to feel better about myself one day and got a gym pass at my Highschool and started lifting weights and found it a great way to relieve stress and become focused.
Why I Love It:
The pump i get feels incredible and makes me want to come back for more everyday. Also seeing my body grow and get bigger and more muscular makes me feel 100% better about myself after every workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
I set goals and reach them. Also the feeling i get from lifting weights and working out is incredible.

Hey man, I don't have any specifics about bulking, unfortunately. Try some of the BodySpace forums, or searching online (in case you haven't already, ha). Just eat, a lot, find some supplements that work for bulking, and lift hard.
