How I Started:
Father had 3 heart attacks in my twenties and early 30's...brother was temporarily blind from undiagnosed Type 2 diabetes a week before the birth of his first daughter...I've now crossed the line into clinically obese. The 180 degree turn towards improving my health has started NOW!
Why I Love It:
How I Stay Motivated:
By being inspired by others' success stories, and by the realization that I am starting off at the heaviest and fattest point of my body...knowing that I am NOT giving up on myself or giving into the idea that I'm past the point of my body being 100% shredded Canadian beef!
