Difference between your pic of 12/11 and now is impressive especially the shoulders, chest, arms and last. Solid thighs also. Don't forget the forearms for that symmetry. Great job bulking. Continued success. André

Hey, also diet and body fat are big factors in seeing those abs. Make sure to eat real clean, and maybe do some cardio to burn some extra calories. When I do cardio I can see my abs much better. Take care, buddy!

Hey, you're welcome. For abs I work them out 2 times a week - Mon. and Fri. They probably also get hit when I deadlift and squat on legs and back days. The exercises that I really like are: side bends, weighted decline crunches, rope crunches, crunches on a ab machine, swiss ball crunches, leg raises, and twist crunches. I'll do 3 exercises and 2-3 sets each and go to failure each set.
