Kecoughtan High Attended 2001 to 2003 Hampton, Virginia United States
When I Started:
Dec, 2004
How I Started:
I wouldn't really say I'm bodybuilding. My senior year (2002-03) I took a weight training class in high-school after I decided to go in the military. After basic training, I was able to use the gym and I really liked the feeling. Been hittin' the gym ever since
Why I Love It:
There's just nothing like it. You're constantly testing yourself. You're constantly setting new goals. Like Arnold said, its almost as satisfying as cumming. Especially when you get the pump, which most people never train to. I'm looking for "muscle" failure. Not "exercise" failure. Alot of people don't get that.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated because, others are motivated. I'm still pretty small, but I used to be REALLY skinny. Looking at myself now, and looking at myself then, makes me believe I can do anything. I look at that skinny guy in the gym as the way I used to be. I look at that heavy set guy not givin' up on himself. I look at that really peeled guy who knows he has to maintain and can't quit. That's how I stay motivated
BB Accomplishments:
Bodybuilding?? Just having "somewhat" of a chest is a major accomplishment for me. Like I said, I used to be REALLY skinny, so its good to have some meat on my bones.

I want to gain muscle and lose fat. Pretty much want to get bigger at the least possible weight.
Goal (Long):
I used to always think the bigger you get the stronger you get and vice versa. After living this lifestyle I've learned different. I plan on getting bigger and stronger with intentions of competing in both powerlifting and bodybuilding competitions. I think it would be best for me to try to maintain what I have (weight) and get stronger so that I can compete at a level where I can just blow the competition out of the water without having to put on a whole lot of unnecessary mass.
I'm sure he inspires me the same reason everyone else is inspired by him. Everyday people make excuses as to why they can't workout or achieve greatness in other areas. And yet he has his ailment and it isn't an ailment to him at all. No excuses. Just determination. How can that not inspire people.
Just the fact that he's still young, but he's doing it so Big. Anytime I find somebody doing anything better than I am, or gain more success in their training I find it inspirational and use it as motivation to train harder. Nobody can say my mans here ain't puttin in work
I use this mostly for my biceps but reverse grip barbell curl has worked well for my forearms as well.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Can't really choose one. But pretty much all of the compound movements as well as certain isolation movements can be dangerous when you don't know how to perform them
Why must people socialize so much at the gym. Its one thing to say something to someone, but to carry on a conversation. That's just rude. And Monday's it really bothers me the most. Because most people don't follow a plan, they just pig or whatever on the weekends and crowd the gym on...
Day 1 - Chest
2 Pressing movements (Always barbell, sometimes dumbells)(Varying each workout between Flat, Decline, and Incline). Dumbell fly(Varying between Flat, Decline, and Incline)
Day 2 - Back
Day 3 - Cardio and/or Abs
No more than 30 minutes of Cardio. Start of with...
I've gotten a some progress doing the P90X program, it's like you said, a mixture of lifting and cardio. The only downside to it is that for the second 30 days of the 90 day routine (I started on it recently) I tried to do it and lift at the same time and kinda crashed out a bit. I'm still trying to get back into the swing of it but I should be okay and where I want to be by summer time.
