lol alright you can whenever you want...i lift monday,tuesday,thursaday and Friday. Im just gettin back into steadily so im trying to get back in and push myself a lil harder cause i wanna get bigger...lol Alright so hit me up whenever you wanna start lifting again.

nothing much lol...Hey do you know any kind of product that reduces belly fat? I Cant seem to get rid of it no matter what i do and how much i sweat...lol suxs if you got any pointers let me know

im very good just gettin back into my lifting routine and get my head in the game and be what i used to be...ive lost so much. ive been slacking if you would like to say...lol..but im done im trying to get with it again..How have you been doing?

Nothing much just been going to school and working and hitting the gym really hard... Been seeing really good results since that trainer has been working with me... I Dnt really get to hit the gym everyday but sometimes ill hit it twice a day when i can to make up for lost time.... How is your training going?
