My 7th grade year one of my friends talked me into going to the schools weight room and lift with him and since then i have been doing it since....
My friend greg helped me out by giving me a bench so i could lift at my house...
Why I Love It:
cause its pretty much what ive always wanted to be! Ive wanted to be big and ripped all my life....
How I Stay Motivated:
I just love to lift ppl call me a lift acholic...lol
I also see some of the results that it gives and i like a lot so do other ppl that helps a lot to...Im also always looking foward to the TUG-A-WAR COMPETITION and getting ready to win it. I have won it 3 straight years including this year.
BB Accomplishments:
I turned most of my fat into major muscle and get more fitt.

Bench 270 (current 200 reps of 10) Get my endurence and stamina back!
Goal (Long):
Right now get off to college. I wanna major in Exercise Science and get my Personnal Trainers degree. Im gonna hopefully open my own gym when its all said and done.(lol) But its going good right now im headed into college not to long from now so it should be good. I already train some ppl they just call me and they hit the gym with me and i just show them how its done. Its working rlly good im rlly good at what i do. I get a lot of compliments all the time from people i dnt even know. But wish me luck everybody. If anybody knows a easier way to do what i wanna do message me and let me know. I would love to know that information. (lol)
She always sets hard goals and she reaches those goals. She has kids and she still finds time to do all this. Shes like super human. shes a really awsome lady too. She always gives me tips and pointers whenever i need them also. So if she can do all this so can i. she is a really hard worker.

He gave me the motivation that i could be big and i could look like some of u bodybuilders out there. I just have to work really hard and put my body through a lot to get there. Its not just gonna come easy
What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
If you wanna do bodybuilding bad enough you will push yourself to the limit and you will train harder than ever before. you will be so committed that you sleep and dream about lifting and thats the only thing on your mind. What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Glad to hear you are doing well - Im really busy right now, so I go to the gym but Im not totally focused like I should be - at least Im getting there & training tho!
