Review: I got two jugs from my uncle. I took it twice a day until I started the other supplements. Four scoops per shake once when I wake up and again when I get done working out in the evening. I gained 10 lbs on this alone. It tastes great and mixes well with other things. The only downside is all the sugar in it, (60g) but that great taste has got to come at a price.

Review: I took this while I was playing football to gain weight. I took two pills in the morning and two in the evening Mon-Fri. I gained 5 pounds a week. The only drawback is that I would have trouble practicing because my arms and legs ached. I tried to drink a gallon of water every day, but I would still have problems. Now, I want to lose that weight for bodybuilding but can't. I wish I hadn't taken the stuff.
