See my new fone? Anyway, after getting tendinitis, and spring training finally is over, I can't work upper body for a month. Half-way there though. I have worked my abs, though. But the rest has gotten soft, damnit...

During offseason. I took protein for a while and I weighed 164. You can see one of our yellow benches in the back.

You can see my abs and obliques getting more defined. My shoulders have gotten a little bigger, too. I gained my lost weight back and weighed 166.
