Yo, Freak man.. Just getting ready for our Strongman comp next weekend. Working about 80 or so hours this week. Beat,Tired, and still trying to train through it. Headed to Ca. Aug 24th for training for our new store.

Don't worry so much about what weight you are lifting, just think of the results that it will give you. ps. your lower back is getting some growth, keep up with the deads..They are a weapon of MASS CONSTRUCTION !

I won't be competing until spring as well. So, sounds good to me. I am putting emphasis on my weak areas as well and also will be competing in some powerlifting this fall as long as I stay injury free. I'll drop you a PM with my cell number and we can talk some more about it. Craig.

L2, D4 thermal shock, T7, WS1, R3 they're all good brotha' cellucor makes a difference. and I think the salmon did too. Maybe meet you on stage someday. I actually believe that I have a chance to be a PRO someday.
