This was taken somewhere around 1995 when I was about 23 years old with my daughter Sam. I am very skinny, very thin, no legs, no arms, nothing. This pic shows my genetics- or lack of- most people are much thicker by this age. I stayed the same weight as I was in high school.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
6-30, NEED A WIDE RANGE OF REPS TO STIMULATE ALL MUSCLE FIBERS !

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
1-1:30, during diet 45sec or less. 2-3:00 on squats, longer rest on Powerlifts like deads squats, etc. Exercise with more muscle recruitment means more rest is required.

Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
Dennis Wolfe is the next Mr. Olympia but honestly the guys are too big now to have a pretty physique.

Almost there, 6 more lbs approx. to lose, 4 1/2 weeks to go.  Skin is getting thinner, but not striated enough yet. More damn cardio to go. Had a crazy day of lifting last night. I decided to do some crazy weight on just above the knee rack deads and pulled 700x2 ! Not the smartest thing at 4%...

Hey man, just got home sorry I had to run out during the arm over arm pull today had to work 2-9. Hope everything ran smoothly, it was an awesome showing thats for sure. BTW what time on Monday do you want to train? Think you said 2 o'clock, get some good calf shots. haha figured i would stay after to learn up on the computer system as well.

Hey Craig, I'm not going to be competing again until next spring (a show in May, and one in June). I'm hoping to use the time 'off' to put on some quality size and improvements. What are your thoughts on competing 'too much'? I know you're an old hand at this compared to me, but being aware of areas I need to bring up, it just seemed that my time would be better used to remedy the situation instead of hoping back onstage again. What do you think? (am I being too analytical? -lol) S

Finally! He has arrived! Posing was... better, couple of fudges LOL. Just kiddin man the best you ever looked! Now next year, I'm callin you out Me VS. You; if you come in that condition it will be scary. I think you will actually push me to not cheat at all on the diet!
