Background

When I Started: Nov 2008
HOW I STARTED:

Back in Jr. High, I used to always get picked on because of my size. I became the quiet kid that sat in the back of class. I hated that I was a twig, I just couldn't stand it.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Knowing different muscle groups helped me in school. Bodybuilding helped me socially. Working out has helped me find out who I truly was.

Flat BB Bench Press: 145x12, 185x12, 195x12, 205x12, 185x12, 165x12, 145x12, 145x12 (Those marked with "*" has had absolutely no rest in between sets) *Back Extensions: 3 sets of 5. (Held a 45lbs plate) *Deadlifts: 225x12, 275x12, 295x12, 305x12, 305x12 *Lat Pull Downs: 3 sets of 40reps EZ-Bar Curls: 8 sets of 12reps Russian Twists: 3sets of 5reps (held a 45lbs plate) Decline Crunch: 3sets of 12 reps Standing Calf Raises: 225x12, 285x12, 300x12, 315x12, 315x12, 315x12, 315x12, 315x12 Seated Calf raises: 8sets of 12reps (150lbs)
