Background
Back in Jr. High, I used to always get picked on because of my size. I became the quiet kid that sat in the back of class. I hated that I was a twig, I just couldn't stand it.
Knowing different muscle groups helped me in school. Bodybuilding helped me socially. Working out has helped me find out who I truly was.
