323CoachT Your transformation is amazing. I start the diet again on Monday for the 2013 Transformation. I have put on some good size and some bad size but I believe with the muscle I have added the bad stuff will fall off me just by adding cardio. God Bless Jan 24, 2013 2:21pm

323CoachT Wow! You look amazing. I am getting plump again, dang. So, going to do the transformation challenge again and really go for it. I had some allergic reactions in April and May which really jacked with my diet. I have it figured out now so it is a good time to get after it again. 323CoachT Hooked up with SteveP78 and he has really given me a boost even though I was very happy with the Muscle Pharm get swole program I was working with my son. The diet he has me on is sort of intense and I am trying to stay on it to perfection. I is taking a few days to get on it but I'm starting to get it. Dec 31, 2011 12:07pm

AntonioWright You should cycle every 8 weeks. Start off with one serving a day for the first seven. Then you can jump to two to three servings a day. After 8 weeks, take a week off and start again, if needed. Dec 17, 2011 10:35am

323CoachT It went pretty good. Tough to do during football season but made it though. Now, just putting on muscle mass until after Christmas and then its 8 weeks of cutting. Yes.
