I was tired of being small. I have always been healthy and in shape, but skinny just didnt cut it anymore.
Why I Love It:
PROGRESS! Right now thats all I can think about, what I can change to make myself bigger and stronger.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am seeing progress, and I plan on keeping it that way. Every pound and inch push me to gain more. Every pound I add to my lifts drive me to add more. Every week I increase my weights no matter how bad it hurts.
I hold my Soldiers to an extremely high standard. We set the level for my Platoon and my Company. My squad carries the highest average for PT in the Company and I plan on keeping it that way.
BB Accomplishments:
A few MWR lifting medals from my last deployment.

Elijah is a fellow Service Member who is taking is own time to help people on their fitness journey. I know how much time the Military takes up in one's life and Elijah's motivation to help others is insane.
This man has no excuses. Someone who does not care about how bad of a day he has had, or how tired he is. Dave puts his family first and takes them with him on his journey to greatness. A true inspiration!
To all of the past and present service members and defenders of this great country, Happy Veteran's Day. Continue serving your country and fighting the good fight. Thank you for all you have done. Today is your day, and I salute you.
Hey, John, I was thinking about you and the others who are serving our country on the day we celebrate our independence. I’ve said it before, but it cant be said too often: I’m over the top grateful for you and what you are doing for me, my family and our country. Before I had my coffee this morning, I said a prayer for you, your family, and your safety and success. Stay well.
Jim
