How I Started:
I was tired of being small. I have always been healthy and in shape, but skinny just didnt cut it anymore.
Why I Love It:
PROGRESS! Right now thats all I can think about, what I can change to make myself bigger and stronger.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am seeing progress, and I plan on keeping it that way. Every pound and inch push me to gain more. Every pound I add to my lifts drive me to add more. Every week I increase my weights no matter how bad it hurts. I hold my Soldiers to an extremely high standard. We set the level for my Platoon and my Company. My squad carries the highest average for PT in the Company and I plan on keeping it that way.
BB Accomplishments:
A few MWR lifting medals from my last deployment.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Depends on what I am going for in that current routine. Sometimes low weight and high reps, sometimes high weght and mid to low reps.

Well, I hit up the docs last week, New Xrays and waiting on an MRI. Back is messed after my last pt test. See what happens, all I know is I have to keep this weight off no matter what.

I am good . took a break for a month for health issues , but I am getting back to it this next week. adding in 3 swimming days with 2 running days and 3 weight workouts . I am excited . Still gunning for 8-10% bf and getting ripped as my immediate goal. how are u?
