Just started my freshmen year of college, weighing in at about 164 pounds.
Goal (Long):
I want to create an eating plan that is reasonably easy to follow as well as stick with the plan for as long as I can. I'm going to weed out fast food and pop entirely out of my diet. I will work towards allowing myself 1 cheat meal a week, whereas I will start with 1-2 cheat days. The diet will require planning, organization and adherence to details. I look forward to it!
As for my physical goals I want to reach these maxes:
Bench - 225x5
Squat - 300x5
Deadlift - 325x5
Pull Ups - 1x40
4 months to go.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 16 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
7%

Awesome profile! I wrestled in highschool and I loved it so much. The things I learned in wrestling will forever effect my perspective. The raw disipline, the truth to yourself that you learn. How was your season of wrestling? When does Freestyle start? Why do you want to wrestle a higher weight? I enjoyed wrestling the 122-129lbs class.
