When I Started:
Apr, 2004
How I Started:
I technically gave birth in 2003 to only one boy but it looked like I was carrying triplets- 1 in my belly and 2 in my ass.
Why I Love It:
I managed to lose all 45 pounds that I gained from pregnancy #1(and an additional 12 more) all because I got off my butt. It helped me gain only 22 pounds the 2nd time around.
I want a butt so firm that it makes a quarter scared.
Goal (Long):
I have gained and lost the same damn 5 pounds 3 times this year. I want this crap gone and even more. I hurt my hamstring in June and didn't workout for 4 weeks. When I started up again I went all out in the gym and hurt it again. I always eat poorly when I don't feeI well and gain weight.
I would love to turn my husband into a butt man (he's currently a boob man). I want a butt that everyone wants to spank!! I know how to eat but have let myself eat my weight in sweets far to often. I need motivation and to be pushed.
I had surgery this past Wednesday to remove a thingie from my abdomen as well as some skin. The surgery was suppose to take 5 hours but ended up taking about eight. The surgeon removed 2 or 3 cysts and about 2 pounds of skin and fat.
I was more worried about the anesthesia than any thing. ...
That doesn't sound fun. Hope you can heal up and get back at it quickly. Rehab is going well. Once the doc reads my MRI on Monday I'll know whats what. Still got my fingers crossed that I don't need surgery. Have you been able to do anything workout wise?
Yep, already asked about the childcare. He has to be 6 months. BUT I have a full gym at home! I usually go to the formal gym for legs and back. Gotta make due!
The conundrum is, if I eat the cheese doodles, I will lose my abs, then no one will want to hire Hermo. I got an idea!!! To get the party started. I can have the bride to be of head female guest stuff a mouthful of cheese doodles in their mouth and they can fellate me!!! Viola! Instant orange wiener! Brilliant!
No problem Katie! Ask as many questions as you want. Just an FYI, I can't access my PM's at work, so if you send me something, I can see that I have a message, but I can't open it or respond to it until I get home. If you want a faster response just send me a regular e-mail. You should have that address attached to my blog response to you. :-)
Hey girl! Thanks for comment! We are so excited about our little dude! I will be a stay at home momma too! Can't wait! I can actually get to the gym in the morning! How is your training going? Love the latest update pic! lol 60 pack abs, OUCH!
My one and only food weakness is fresh Chocolate Chip cookies. I still pass, but that one is hard. Actually she's never heard me refer to her as Mrs. Crab. My guess is she would not approve. She wouldn't argue that I can be a crabby a hole sometimes, but..dunno.
Cut back my cardio and doing what amounts to a high intensity weight routine. Trying to pack some more muscle on my bod. It was easy when I was 20. WTF! Mrs. Crab is waaay up on the cardio and doing well. She hates our new lifting routine worse than I do. Your diet doing ok?
Back in the day there were two kinds of desperate guys. Those who would do anything that MOVED, and, much lower on the food chain of desperadoes, guys who would do anything with a HOLE. Bottles don't move (Neither do vacuum cleaners, but that's another embarrassing story for another day), so I am the latter. I'm sure you have your own tales about various adventures with produce items and wursts, but we won't go into that right now. ;)
Double post - you just had to have both the 100th AND 101st Bodyspace comment prize, didn't you! Prize is in the post. I am well, thank you. Health is stable and am progressing with new program. Went on holiday, yes. Had a lovely, relaxing time. Made a nice change!
To tell you the truth. And I'm not kidding here. I look at myself in the mirror all the time just to see what is WRONG with my body and what needs fixin'. Looking in the mirror for me is a total ego killer, not an ego booster, so I'm not one to ask about the benefits of looking in the mirror. Try the saying sexy 667 times thing, again, you can't go wrong with that (You'll drive your spouse f-cking mad, but f-ck it, it's all in the name of vanity, right?)
