How I Started:
One of my good friends joined the Navy so he started working working out and looked really good in a short amount of time. I wanted to catch up.
Why I Love It:
I love to see my body adapt to challenges. I love to be strong, look good, feel good. It makes me strong and feel good. After a great workout, I just feel great.
How I Stay Motivated:
Look in the mirror and think " that aint' ****." Even when I get twice as strong, jacked and cut I will still think the same think its only the beginning. If you get satisfied, then you get comfortable then you stop progressing. I don't ever want to be comfortable, I don't want it to be easy, I don't want to stop progress.
BB Accomplishments:
Just started workout out in May 2009 after years of abusing my body, drinking too much, lack of activity, etc. I added 10 Lbs lean muscle and over 1.5 In to my arms in June 09.
I want to get leaner, stronger, more cut and defined, and overall bigger in the upper body especially arms and lats.
Goal (Long):
I have always had powerful legs from playing Ice Hockey throughout my childhood and high-school. Ive always had "scronny arms" and this is only accentuated by that fact that my arms are very long for my height. I want to add some serious mass to my arms, chest and lats to look better.
