How I Started:
I decided that I was tired of being "the tall skinny guy". So I got a job at Gold's Gym in and started working out after work.
Why I Love It:
I dont actually like working out at all...I hate it. Its hard and it hurts, I do it because I LOVE how I feel when I'm done.
How I Stay Motivated:
Whenever my wife notices any improvement and compliments me I get the biggest rush and want to work even harder!

My diet is very clean..I have lots of lean protein and essential fats in my diet. My carbs are more restricted right now but they usually consist of fruit/veggies, brown rice, oatmeal or ezikiel bread. I also have posted my protein pancake recipe in my bodyblog if u wanna check that out. Hopefully that helped:)
