I decided that I was tired of being "the tall skinny guy". So I got a job at Gold's Gym in and started working out after work.
Why I Love It:
I dont actually like working out at all...I hate it. Its hard and it hurts, I do it because I LOVE how I feel when I'm done.
How I Stay Motivated:
Whenever my wife notices any improvement and compliments me I get the biggest rush and want to work even harder!

Thank you so much, honestly... my husband was hotter than me, haha, I know that sounds funny, but it's the truth. I thought the world of him and I knew I wasn't on the same level and my health was on the line. So I picked up the fat and ran with it.haha. Thanks for the compliment:)

Natural may mean different things to different people but for me it means no steroids or any other illegal drugs. I do use and swear by supplements though!

Thanks alot bro. Yeah 152 is killing me. I have been taking in about 250 grs of protien a day, and lifting heavy. I am getting stronger but not putting on an ounce of weight.
