Overall Goal: I'M BACK... Wow. I have been out for too long(since April to be more accurate). Moved from the Netherlands to Germany and finally got settled in. Now it's back to the gym. Starting over again. This sucks. Feel like someone stuck a pin in me an

To put it simple, tired of being the skinny guy. The one with the skinny arms and legs. Not that I'm not in ok shape. I play lots of sports all year long. But I want to feel good about myself. Need to feel good taking off my shirt and showing a 6 pack (lol...maybe some day). Have decent size arms. Just be cut. I think if I feel good about myself others will see that. And getting in the best shape is what I want to do.
Why I Love It:
Feeling good about what my body looks like and being healthy is and should be important to everyone. I am at the point that all the excuses I had in the past just don't hold up. Living a long and healthy life is important to me cause I want to be around for my family.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation can be hard. I think the most difficult part is getting started. Once you get past that first 2 weeks it all falls into place. Getting over that initial soreness is frustrating. But once you start seeing a difference and feeling it, you strive off of that. Another thing that tends to be a hard one for me is finding time. Working long hours and still forcing myself in the gym is not always the easiest. Especially when I haven't send my family all day. But I have to tell myself that this is for them as well as me. I want to be there when my daughter gets married. I want to look as good as I can and be healthy. Life is what you make it out to be. If you put up the sacrifice, the sweat and labor to be the best, it will come.
Also getting more and more into photography and don't want to be the ole fat guy taking photos. LOL....
BB Accomplishments:
Stopped smoking and been in the gym for over a month in a half. I know this isn't really a bodybuilding accomplishment but to me it's much more. It is a life changing accomplishment that will help in my fitness and health.

Goal (Long):
We it is time to throw all the excuses aside and step up. I will get back in the gym and back on my program. Last year I had too many excuses to stop and even more on why I hadn't started back. And no this is not a New Year's resolution. Those are something that someone sets and breaks by the first month. This is a wake up call to myself.
06 Jan 09 is my new beginning. The beginning to rebuilding my body. Creating a new temple. No one can do this for me and no one will stop me this time. It will take dedication but I am willing to make that sacrifice.
Update: 11 Mar 09... Been consistant in the gym since Jan and seeing some change but the gaining isn't working. Still staying around 153-155. So now I am trying to cut BF. At 14% right now. So if anyone has any tips or a routine that is effective then let me know. Send me a message or comment. Thanks.
UPDATE: Now it's 01 Sep 09 and I have been out of the gym since April. This move took more than I thought. But yesterday was my new beginning. Trying to figure out what supps to take. I was taking BSN (Cellmass, NO, Volumizer) and MuscleMilk protein. But I am out of everything and starting over. So if anyone has any recommendations then please message me and let me know. And wish me luck on rebuilding what I lost in the last 4 months. Feel like someone stuck a pin in me and everything went away.

Eating For Life book. It is the book produced for the Body For Life program that was introduced by Bill Phillips a few years ago. Outstanding program by the way. But my wife and I bought the book to help out on meals and recipes and it is great. We still use it today. Thousand of recipes from Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, snacks and desserts. Highly recomment this book. Eating For Life book. It is the book produced for the Body For Life program that was introduced by Bill Phillips a few years ago. Outstanding program by the way. Ok had a friend tell me about MRI Black Powder and he said it was some serious stuff. So went to the BX to pick up some NO Xplode and they had MRI Black Powder. So I decided to try it instead of NO Xplode. Well today was my first day using it and it was awesome. At first I kinda felt...
