I've got major hoiliday stress that the gym is surprisingly NOT helping me to extingish...I'm hanging in there though. Trying to eat more often to put on some more weight. When is your next competition?

Slowly. I dont know how to bulk. Its taking me 10 months to gain 10lbs. What are you doing just eating alot and not doing cardio or sit up?

Thanks for noticing bro. I'm a hard gainer so I really dont have a choice but to stay lean. Working on gaining 10lbs but droping my BF down 2%. Any suggestions?

Yo!...Hanging AB Leg Lifts, Weighted Decline Bench Sit ups, Cable Pully Crunches...and Lots of Regular Crunches, and Woodchoopers, and Obliq Crunches, oh and..Oblique Cable Pull Downs. I love and do them all 5-6days per week. 400-500 reps of those various excersies per day. Linc.
