I stay motivated because I do not want to look like 90% of the world who all are fat, unhealthy, unmotivated to change and think that they are sexy.

That is good to hear. You got to get it in where you can fit it in. It's good to mix up your split so you dont get accustomed to it. For quads, I've been doing more front squats, and single leg-leg presses. On the back squats, trying to stay more upright when I squat and making sure to get a full range of motion, which meant cutting back on some weight. I'm also taking my time and not dropping real fast, which protects the knees.
Not much going on here. Just work, and trying to get my weak parts up for a comp in March. Trying to get more outer quads,shoulder width, and some triceps that stick out like yours. how is the workout schedule treating you?is your strength still going up?

Man you know what. i like to do both. Flat bench dumbell flyes and presses. when i do my chest work out i always to a pressing movement then a flye movement and keep alternating through out the workout. I think it gives your muscles a rest from the press and also helps strech out the peck for the next excersise. I found when i do this, i can still go heavy as hell on every work out. appose to going heavy on the benchpress and not so heavy if i do incline right after.
