Wanted to improve my physique. Can't get in good with the ladies being big and fat.
Why I Love It:
Instant credibility! When you see someone who disciplines themselves with their diet and lifestyle to stay fit. It shows discipline. If your healthy, and you stay fit and in shape, people know that your discipline.
How I Stay Motivated:
Filtering through BodySpace. I spend about 10 mins a day following peoples progress and reading about their success. Pics are huge, it's awesome to see all of their hard work paying off
BB Accomplishments:
I started my diet and workout program on Dec 1, 2008. I have lost 30 pounds in two months.
Hitting my goals one by one. Slow progress is better than none.
Goal (Long):
Discipline myself with healthy choices. Starting with my diet, but incuding everything I do. I did not balloon up to 283 Lbs overnight, and I won't lose it overnight. Small Simple Changes! Success always looks easy to those who weren't around while it was being earned.
Woke up this morning a little after 6 AM. I took 15 or so mins and started stretching for some cardio. Went on a 2 mile run, pretty slow pace around 9 min a mile. Wore a hoodie, with some shorts but still managed to work up a good sweat. As long as I am sweating, I am heading in the...
