Really try to not go by the scale...as hard as it is, go by how your clothes fit OR take measurements. I just did a bootcamp this past month and lost over 2% bf, but my weight did not change. That means I lost fat, but add muscle.
It sounds like you are doing everything right. :) Maybe try more protein at your breakfast...egg whites, etc. And then if you keep your carbs around the time you workout? I know when I do HIIT cardio, it seems to speed up the fat loss for me. Do you do that?
I just read your blog...what is your diet like, and what are you doing for cardio? When I get stuck, I add in another day of HIIt cardio and lower my carbs a bit...
Oh dear.. 9 pills.. ahh ha ha. I don't even like taking one because I'm a wimp. I've heard good things though about Animal stuff.. I hope they work for you.
It might work for you! Goodluck with them everyone has a different body. You dont have much fat to burn either. I was using it for those stubborn areas but I realize that its only going to come from diet I guess:(
