116clique Next week my 14 week prep starts before my first show. This is going to be siiiick!!! >:)

So, 2 days after new years i busted my knee walking down some stairs. Damn near snapped my ACL. But i didn't. Great. Still couldn't walk, or train for that matter. IT sucked balls deep! But i took it day by day. Now at this time in my life, my nutrition wasn't all that good. So i mainly relied on cardio and intense weight sessions to keep my body fat in check.
