Hey Folks, Not sure what is going on, perhaps I have a faulty scale. Been eating super clean with a caloric deficiency for nearly two weeks as well as 40 min of semi-intense cardio 3 days a week. Usually by now I can see results but for some reason, nothing seems to be happing on the scales. My clothes are fitting looser including watch band, but my electronic scales keep fluctuating between 183 and 186 and readouts for Body Fat between 21% and 24%. I... Go to BodyBlog
