Relaxing - 25 Years Old - 165 Lbs Side Relaxed - 45 Years Old - 190 Lbs
25 Years Old - 165 Lbs - Unknown Bodyfat This picture was taken shortly after I finished my cycling career. My body hadn't changed much at this point.
45 Years Old - 190 Lbs - 16% Bodyfat 7 pounds over my goal weight of 183 pounds. Looking quite different than 17 months earlier. I've gained about 35 pounds. I like to think it was half muscle. I'm looking to add a few more pounds of muscle, and then lose 10 pounds of fat. I want a little more fat than I did at my lightest since I think I was too thin. My goal: 183 pounds - 12% Bodyfat vs 152 pounds - 6% Bodyfat
