How I Started:
I watched the cycling road race at the 1984 Olympics and was so impressed that I started cycling so I could go too.
Why I Love It:
I can't say that I love bodybuilding, but working out makes me feel much better.
How I Stay Motivated:
Think about how good of shape my girlfriend stays in for me, and how she deserves the same dedication from me.

I can do 10 Pushups. :-)

I worked very hard last year, lost lots of weight, but never managed to produce any measurable or noticable muscle gains.
Now, I'm 10 or 15 pounds heavier than I was. I've been getting back in shape aerobically for the last few months. I haven't managed to lose any weight despite hiking...
