  • Treadmill HIT... nice work! At least you're still firing it, and it never hurts to give yourself a break from the weights. Exactly - even if I haven't transformed this 12 weeks, there's still this week, and next week, and the next 12 weeks after that! Keep at it! Here's to your final two weeks and making your goal, you can do it...

Flabulously Thanks, I'm trying. :) OMG! Yes, I love alllll of Jamie's recipes! The turkey muffins and protein bars are a staple for the program. I'm cracking down on my diet even more over the next few weeks. I've gained a few lbs since I started the program and I'm afraid it's not all muscle. Yikes!
