Hi, I was wondering if you ever get tingles in wrists or elbows, or ever had? I occasionally in my wrist or elbow (left arm), doing incline DB presses. Have you ever experienced similar?

I got my commission through ROTC (The Citadel). I've played the rotating door game (got out after 4 years, brought back 2 1/2 years later through IRR call-up, got discharged after deployment, and getting actvated again in May). I'll be downrange again by September with a MiTT team.
