Yes, it has been awhile. My new plan is coming along. Some of the hardest working out I've done thus far. Can't wait to see the results.

I am starting a new plan from Steve called the "Poynter Special". This is Steve's personal workout and it is great for adding lean mass and cutting bodyfat.

Thanks. It's comments like yours that keep me focused and driven. I've upped my HIIT so I can keep the forward momentum on my fat cutting. My goal is a six pack by the end of summer.
