um no, it doesn't alter your hormones. and use as directed on the label. You don't need a loading phase.

Just stopping by to see how things are going. Im starting to go to the gym twice a day, sense I never know when I have to go play army. The diet is coming along good. I just moved into our trailers so once I get my kitchen together I can hit the diet as hard as I hit the gym. What’s up with u?

Well, my Junior year during school in a 6 month period I went from 136-174. So what about 40 lbs w/ drugs. I ate like a mad man, about 5-6k calories, since my metabolism is uber fast i kept the fat gain to a minimum. eats lots of meat steak,chicken,fish. fats from salmon are great. all i took for supps were ON's progainer/kre-akalyn,bcaa's,gl utimine.
